It is open for both first and second timer registrants and buyers. There is not need for the second timers to wait. You only need to register and await for balloting letter to be sent to you. The regret is in missing out on the registration now.

Improvements to highways and roads in Fernvale area
Scheduled to be ready by 2014, Jalan Kayu will be widened to ease traffic. Improvements will also be made to the present SLE and TPE highways. There are also existing road projects to improve connectivity and capacity of road network around Seletar Aerospace Park.
There are also scheduled expansion of CTE/SLE/TPE interchange and construction of road between TPE and Yishun Ave 6. These are all plans already in place by LTA.
